PO box was closed due to a mistake

I rented a PO box from my local post office. I rented it around the 2nd week of april and paid for 6 months of service. After i rented it i called all my bill collectors and gave them my box number. I have been checking it daily for mail and i havent received any. I have had utilities shut off etc and have argued with bill collectors telling them i didnt recieve any bills from them. I have had the irs send me paperwork on filing my 2008 taxes and several companies sending me critical tax papers. I havent recieved anything so today sunday march 29th i went to the front desk and asked why i have no mail in my box cause bill collectors and the irs told me they sent me paperwork etc. They checked there PO box list and told me my box was listed as unrented and all my mail has been returned to the senders. This has cost me alot of money with shut off notices late fees etc etc. I have to april 15th to file my taxes or i am gonna get audited theres no way i am gonna get all my paperwork by then this mistake has ruined my life. Its the biggest headache i have ever got cause someone made a mistake.
