Hollywood Vieio cheating, late fees, poor customer service, rudeness, disrespectfull, rip off, not doing jo

My wife and i have been customers of hollywood video for about 2 years. Everything was fine until they started charging us late fees. We called and they told us that we have not returned our movies. Well we argued that we have. 2 days later we get a call and they said it was there mistake, is just so happens that the never checked in but put back on the shelf. Christmas eve we rented five movies, 5 days later we brought them back and got 3 more, 5 days after that we brought them back and got 5 more. They said we had a late fee for 2 of the 3 movies that we rented. Well what could we do? We had to pay. The last 5 movies we rented were late because i forgot to bring them back, so we paid. The 8 dollar fee. U would think that we were all paid up but no, we just went to get more movies and they said that we had a 17 dollar late fee.

We know that we do not owe that because we have been paying attention to the due date. They must not checking them back in until the next day and charging us late fees. I called and the girl said there is nothing we can do and that we will not get the fees taken off by the manager in a snotty attitude. I then called the manager and he said pretty much the same thing. After we return the movies we will never rent from them again! How do u prove that the movies had been returned on time? We put the movies in the drop box but that seems not good enough, we keep getting charged money for somebody elses mistake. Problem solved never rent from them again. We all need to fight back for our rights for the consumer...
