Worst customer service. They don't value their customers

We have lived in our home for 5 years now. Unfortunately we are not deregulated. So we can't choose like many other Texans. We are stuck with a company that obviously knows this. And they take advantage of that situation. We have run ins with this company several times. There have been times where our check has taken 2-3 weeks to post and we have gotten cut off. Everytime you get cutoff you have to pay all that is due, even if part of it isn't due till a week or so, plus a $70 reconnect fee as well as pay the same deposit as you normally would have to when you first get service. Even though you have been in your house and been a good customer for years.
Once before we figured out we weren't deregulated we tried to go to TXU. Well they accepted our application but later called to tell us otherwise.
Anyway, back to the reason for this report. This company has the worst customer service. Even for my neighbors who do no wrong they talk to them like they are trash. They know they have us trapped like pigs... Where else are we gonna go. So therefore they take advantage of every situation they can. They don't work with you if money is tight. Pay or the lights are off. No exceptions.
