Efax
Renegged on Refund for Service Cancelation

Shops, Products, Services

I had had a service problem with EFax and cancelled. I had requested a two month refund of $32 ish and after much haggling over the phone was told that I would get a $16 ish refund. EFax has given me nothing but excuses and aggravation instead of issuing me the refund. They wrote me about needing over a week to do it even though if done right away it could show up immediately to 2 days electronically. After waiting the time period they told me, they email that they are still trying to get the Billing Department to grant me the refund. I warned them in an email that I would sue them if I did not get the refund. They have not taken me seriously which was a big mistake. I did not sue them, but instead, I have posted here and will be forwarding them the fact that I did.
