Didn't inform me as what stipulations on retuning a new mattress, till i went to complain two days latter

Bought new mattress, paid cash, picked it up myself at warehouse, saved eighty dollar's there. While purchasing said mattress I asked if I didn't like the firmness if it could be returned. Sales person says yes, but their would be a 59. Dollar charge, I said that's ok. Signing the pick up sale form, sale person gave directions and everything was ok. The second day I called sleepy, s and was told a price of 250.00 dollars and pick/up charge would apply. Management 1-800 number lady said I should have read the fine print before signing pick up form. She says basically we cant do any return unless I pay the 250.00 dollars. Even if I wanted my money back, they would still charge the 250.00 and sub tract it from the total. I don't think is right. It's like one is stuck with a mattress that's not fit, if you like it or not. My basic complaint is the sales person should of explained in more detail on return policy, instead of focusing on making a sale. Stead/fast and firm, thank you, greg //2/20/08.
