I too have fallen under the scam of Elite Manufacturing and Cuppys. I wired them 40,900 in July. After no being able to get financing I like everyone else started the process of trying to get my refund back. After call and call that went unreturned I started emailing which also was ingorned by these crooks. DO NOT do business with this company they are all liars and crooks. Each day another day passes that they are ignoring the fact that they have put my family in a major financial crisis.

I am willing to get together with anyone going through this process with these people to make sure they all end up behind bars like the prior owner Roy Snowden. They are professional scammers that take the money from inncoent people to fund an illegal practice. They are having people wire them money knowing that they have no intention of refunding it to anyone. Their contract states that they would refund the funds if we were unable to get financing, but contracts mean nothing to these people! Hurry everyone lets get these crooks caught before they fold up and are all are living in Costa Rica with our money!!
