I have been watching Freedom Club USA for about a year now, and have heard from many others who have been with them longer than I have. My issue with Freedom Club USA is that they have been consistantly informing the membership that funding is going to happen "soon". They demand payment of a membership fee ($300) and then $3000 to do an "AR" process. The agreement says there are no guarantees and funding will occur on a "best effort" basis. When Tom Lawler, the founder is asked to show proof that the AR was completed and a judgement obtained, Lawler terminates the member. If Lawler is asked to show evidence of a "best effort", the same results occur. Lawler has used the excuse that he needs time to pay off the backlog so he wouldn't have to disclose whether or not he is "funding".

Funny thing, he said on a recent call that he found a way to wipe out the backlog very quickly. This organization is quite secretive about about its operation. They also make a big issue about how the membership should be benevolent and check out all the benevolence projects on the site. This all sounds great until you see their example of care and concern for their members. Nothing of any substance is done for a paid member without a substantial additional fee. If a member has paid for the AR process, unless something changes, he may well have thrown $3000 away. Lawler says they are 100% successful in obtaining a judgement, but he very much de-emphasises that he is also 100% UNsuccessful in funding any of the people who paid for this process!

Anyone even thinking of getting involved with Freedom Club USA ought to save thier money and wait until something happens. If funding never occurs, then at least you haven't lost anything. If they ever do get their act together, you can always jump in at that time. Don"t waste your money!!
