Ripoff business that doesn't give a dam

Several years ago (Yes, I'm still angry), I found a stereo system which held 50 CDs, on sale. I was thrilled, so I put it on layaway. After making a payment or two, I sent my parents some money to go to WM and get the CD player off layaway (I was living elsewhere at the time).
They called me and told me that WalMart had given all the money back, stating that they could not find the player.
Now you and I know that things just do not "up and Disappear". That CD player was just too tempting; Someone (an employee) decided to take it home!!!
When I complained to the manager, he told me that I could find one easily at some other store!!! I am still fuming, and refuse to go to WalMart for any reason.
