Harassing Calls at Work Despite Payment Extension Request

I could not make my scheduled payment and called for an extension, and I still got harassing phone calls at my job and home from this location. Due to illness I fell behind on these payments and called Aaron's to make payment arrangements. I spoke to a manager who told me to bring in a certain amount to bring my account current, but when I went to the store, managers Shaun and Jonathan told me they could not accept that amount. Another time I went in to make a payment on one of my accounts, but a manager told me they could not accept my check because my other account was due the next day and I might not come back to pay it (???!!!). I have friends and relatives I referred to this company, but after one experience with them they say never again!
