Bad customer service!

Connis should have the toughest customer support I Have ever experienced. I bought a dryer through their site. I obtained a conformation mail and named to be certain I really could choose it-up. I had been informed "yes, it is prepared. Arrive by anytime". I'd a buddy push me so we're able to use his vehicle. From 10:45 until 11:45 I waited because the "web team" hadnot sent the purchase in yet. After many calls, the fax came. After that it got another 45 minutes to obtain the dryer "ripped". After requesting many times, I had been informed there is somebody before me and there have been just 2 "pullers" operating. The final 10 moments I waited to obtain anyone to transfer the container the final 20-feet. I really could begin to see the dryer and 3 people we are considering it but all I really could do was delay. During all of this, lots of people were waiting behind me and all were kidding about this being the toughest devote the planet to complete business. I myself won't purchase from Connis again.
