DHL-cannot deliver critical express letter.

I have been waiting for an express letter shipped from Central America —it should have been delivered frdiay, Dec 14th. The DHL shipper office accidently inserted an "8" instead of a "6" on one digit of the zip code. I noticed this on the tracking website last Thursday, Dec 13th, and made 8-9 phone calls trying to get DHL cusotmer service to correct the zip code digit, so the letter would be reouted correctly.

Between last Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday,
Every DHL employee told me a different story on what would happen, my take away from the conversations is:
The employees aren't trained at the 800 line — I was told 7-8 different stories on what would happen to correct the mistake on airbill, in the meantime, the letter has been sent around back & forth to the wrong city 3 times now.

On Monday morning, I emailed the President & CEO of DHL, a few hours later a Rep from DHL called me to let me know the airbill would FINALLY be corrected, and I would receive my letter today - Tuesday, Dec 18th
Guess what— when it left the DHL location last nite —and I'd like to give a shout out to the dumbest employees EVER over at the Idaho Falls, ID DHL station, they of course sent it to the wrong location/state ONE More time...

Third straight time this station routed my letter wrong & didn't fix the airbill as promised.
Now, the letter is further away, almost 2500 miles, its contents include a critical time sensitive document which not having on time will cost me thousands of dollars.

So now, I'd like to "repay" DHL! Never, ever use them.
