Philadelphia Resident - Abosolutely RIDICULOUS DELIVERY PROCEDURES

I have 3 package offer with comcast, phone, cable and intranet. I was informed by someone other than Comcast I could get Norton Security Protection Free. I received horrible customer service, therefore I decided to PAY for McAfee. I recently requested a wireless router and the Phillippians Rep provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERIVE, however she informed me incorrectly the router could be deliverd to my work address, since I work Monday to Friday. The UPS guy called and informed me he was at my address, while at work. I counln't beleive it. I called Comcast and the rep.informed me Comcast deliver to residence ONLY. This is the only company that does not deliver to work address, it's absolutely ridiculous. Majority of peopel WOK Monday to Friday, therefore who will sign for Comcast delivery.
