Never use this company! Let me say this again NEVER use this company! They make AOL look like a chump, they will not discount your service nor quit charging your account. When you tell them they will exposed they will sneer in your face! NEVER ever Use this company. John at customer service 24818 is the worst! Just try and cancel your service you will see what I mean. Never ever ever use these folks.
