The Worst Management Company in Arizona the people don't care and don't hold up there end of contracts

I want to start by saying this company is the biggest joke I have ever worked with. To start off if you have any problems with your account or your house you will not get a live person only voicemail, they will 'NEVER' call you back.

There was a bee infestation at my house where a swarm of bees had built a hive in the walls of my house about 100,000.00 bees, when I called them to take care of it they told me it was my reponsiblity and that was normal pest control (the tenants responsibility). I don't think a swarm of 100,000, oo bees inside a house is normal pest control, they refused to do anything so I had to call the owner of the house, let him know what the management company said and he was OUTRAGED. He then called the mngmnt company and surprisingly they took care of it. I have had a leak in my roof for 1 1/2 years and no one has still come out. My sink leaked and flooded my kitchen once again I called the emergency # because that is serious no response had to pay for it myself, still haven't heard from them.

There was an accounting error with my balance I called accounting 9 times and left messages to fix it not one call back but yet they still kept adding all the fees and charges without once talking to me. My property manager I've called I've talked to him once in 4 years.in closing if your looking too rent in Arizona please do not use this company it will only cost you money and hardache.

P.S. This was 4 months ago about my balance still no response
