Woody Bouillion ripoff under termite contract and termite infestation in kitchen

In March we closed on a home that had been under contract to Northside Pest Control, aka Woody Bouillion. At time of inspection, the previous owner stated in his owners disclosure statement that he had seen signs of termites, but Northside said there were no termites. Mr. Medlock, the previous owner had him treat the house anyway.

The following spring, we saw a small swarm, in April. Northside Pest control came out and sprayed but saw no termites.

Early Spring a hugh swarm was found in the kitchen again, and in the bathroom. Northside looked around and said he could not find the termites. He sprayed and told us not to worry, they were all dead.

We did not believe him. He came back four times to respray. We then decided since the trim around the bottom of the cabinet was "soft" to tear out the breakfast bar. We found all the bottom of the cabinets eaten up. We then proceded to tear out all the cabinets to look for structure damage. We found another huge nest in the wall behind the sink.

We took pictures.

We had Mr. Bouillion of Northside Pest Contol come out to make some kind of arrangements for damages. He called his insurance company. What he told us, was when his boss asked him if he had done anything wrong, he said no.

We were responsible for all the repairs.

Our home is for sale in Texas. We now live in Louisiana. It has been for sale for 7 months. I had to disclose there were termites and some people just don't want to take a loan on a home that had termites. We now have it for sale for payoff. We will lose all our money we spent on the house.
