Never Hire Eric For Your Pest Problems! Unprofessional, Undependable, Unorganized!

I called A & E Pest control in December to spray my house to prevent pests and get rid of ants. Eric, the owner, came out to my house and he seemed to know a good bit about the business, so I hired him. Everything went well until February, then he stopped coming to the Pre-scheduled visits we had agreed to. I called his wife, Anita, who works as his secretary and she said he would call me back to reschedule. A week passed and no one called me. I called again and Anita said he would come by my house to spray and continue with the weekly visits. He never showed. I called once more and Anita stated he would call me. No one ever called me back or offered an explanation. Now I am out the money I payed A & E Pest Control and I have to find someone else. This company is Unprofessional, Undependable, Unorganized, Unorthodox, and give family businesses a bad name. Watch out for Eric and Anita, They'll rip you off and never think twice.
