I always paid rent on time, and when anything went wrong in the house, he dragged his feet to have it fixed, and then when they did the repairs, everything was worse. I had mold issues, a leaking roof, pest control issues, sink-hole damage, and he kept my deposit of $1200.00, because the house was in the shape it was in. I called his office 37 documented times for repairs to be done, with no response. To add insult to injury, he reported us as evicted. He is a slum-lord, and should be avoided at all costs!!!
