I brought in around 13 shirts to this so called business to be dry cleaned only to see when i picked my shirts up that they were not only MACHINE WASHED but the pressed directly on the logos of the shirts making them melt on to other parts of the shirt as well as some still haveing stains on them as if they were only pressed and not washed as well as a $50 cuystom made shirt be half destroyed. Let me explain the owner tells me it was caused from bleeding BUT ONLY HALF OF THE SHIRTS WAS DAMAGED meaning they started to do soemthign and realized they were screwing up and then did something differant. I went to the owner and he basically told me he would not help me with the custom shirt. I then showed him the $80 gino green global shirt that has velvet patterns on it and it is obvious that they pressed it and the vel;vet melted and got stuck tot he press and ripped the pattern off my shirt... He told me he woudl call and lie to his insurance company about the shirt in order to get it replaced after he attemped to insist the shirt was old and worn out.

I contacted the BBB since he did not want to help wix the other 4 shirts he ruined and opun his notice of receiving the complaint called me and basically told me since i did that i can F*ck off...
