Tee shirts with tee shirt ripoff

WE purchased tee shirts from master image paying a set up fee and a per tee shirt price. Well after getting the tee shirts the first time we washed them the color washed out of the logos onj the shirts. We contacted master image and they said they would replace the shirts. This has not happened and they refuse to answer thier phone. When we do finaly get ahold of them the set a day to come out but never showup.
