Shops, Products, Services

I took my shirts to the cleaners and they came back with a huge yellow stain/spot. I asked them to clean the shirts again and when I came to pick them up, they were still yellow and they had put a hole in one of the shirts.

I was told I had to talk to the owner and when I talked to her, she said that I put the stains on the shirt and the shirt was old and that's why there was a hole in it. I had bought the shirt approximately one month prior. She then changed her story to the shirts being old and that's what happens when old shirts get cleaned.

So the accusation went from me making the spots on my shirt, to the shirts are old and that's why. She had nothing to do with it because her people take good care of my clothes, hence the hole in the shirt.
