I have service with usa mobile they really did some wrong things to me, they interrupted my service several times stating that I need to purchase additional minutes because they will email me and the text message would state for example:

From: reminders@usamobile.com

Subject: Due Balance Alert

Msg: You have an overage balance of -$1.90. Pay this amount immediately to avoid suspension. They can

But mind you my minutes start on the 22nd of each month, but they want you to pay for additional minutes, because if the overage goes up to two dollars they my sevrvice is suspended. I don't even text anybody, so why are charging me for overage minutes and I didn't go over my minutes.

I really don't know I should do right now, is their anyway you could assist some way?
