Stole my money with this phone

Sold me a worthless phone (not the one they promised) it doesnt work properly. Then 2 days later its cut off because they say i have a overage of 55cents.??? Dont you take care of that when my bill is due december 28. Now my usamobile username no longer works, the phone no longer works (defective) my service no longer works, and there customer service number no longer works. This appears to be a scam.

I dont want them charging my credit card any more and if they dont rectify this situatiuon i will sue and contact the better business bureau tomorrow. 2 days after getting this phone verizon wireless cuts me off so there involved to even though they act innocent. Someone pleasetell me what to do.
