Whatever you do, don't use Grayhound Trash Removal, for business OR personal. The company I work for used Grayhound. They have contracts set up and charge per roll, meaning, $510.00 going there and back.

The company charged us for Three times when we only used them twice; they claimed the first charged was a delivery charge that was not stated in the contract.

On top of that, their customer service is terrible to say the very least. The company calls to harass you about bill payment but refuses to call back concerning questions or issues with billing. Everytime we called, every employee was rude and unwilling to help.

Bottom line: Don't use Grayhound Trash Removal Inc or you will get your money taken away.
