I was placing a order for my daughter and the young lady on the phone told me there would be a $20 dollar late fee

Upon calling to place an order for school pictures for my daughter i was told i was late, the young lady told me there would be a $20 dollar late fee. This i agreed to and went on to place the order. At the end of placing the order she informed me that it would take a extra couple of weeks on my order because they would wait for more late orders so they would'nt be charged a late fee. This is were i were i feel it's wrong because iam paying the late fee. So why should i be punshed more ive already agreed to pay the late fee of $20. Seems to me my order should be placed at time of order just as my c/c has been charged the entire amount including the late fee!!
