Tried to cancel order while on phone and with 8 follow-up calls and was denied

Electronics and household app.

I tried to cancel this order while placing it and was told it was too late. I was told to call back that same morning between 8 and 8. They didn't tell me PST. I called back at 8am CST and was told to call back at Noon my time. I called back at noon and was told it wasn't showing up even though I had the order number it did no good. This rep told me she would call me back by the end of the day to let me know if she was able to cancel it or if it had not come back through. I called back again later that night and talked with someone who told me yet again it wasn't there and I hadn't given the girl enough time in which to return my call as she had said.

She did not call back. The next day I called back at 9AM PST and was told it still wasn't showing up and that I should call back at 10AM no she said make that 10:10AM PST. So I called back at that time to only find out that it had indeed went through 15 minutes earlier and it was now too late to cancel it as it had already shipped. I really did not believe that order was on any box anywhere but the informed me that they could not cancel it now. I was going to have to pay the shipping to me and to ship it back to me. I contacted my credit card company to get their help.

On two different occasions the CC Company placed a call to CarMD and put me on a 3 way call with them to listen to us try to work it out and they refused to make it right. They said when I received it to call them to get a Return authorization label. For which I did but they refused to send a label only the RA Number with instructions on how to return it. I called them with the CC company again to discuss them paying to get it returned and they told me they would have to go through corporate to get permission from them and it could take up to 2 weeks to longer. I'm sure I only have a specified amount of time in which to return this item and they are doing what they can to make me go ove4r that time limit.

I decided when I called to place the order and them adding other things to it that took the amount way up that I wanted to talk with my husband before placing this order to see if we needed all this crap. That was when I was told while placing the order that it was to late. I have followed all the rules I was given to get this cancelled. Their Rep's even told me on several occasions that they had cancelled many orders. I don't see how. I spoke with people from CarMd at these extension numbers 238,231, 255, My third call the day I ordered it was to Mike ext. 242, Isabel ext. 315, Christina ext. 513. So, if they want to pull up all these calls to hear what I was told by each of the people I hope they do.
There should have been no problem with canceling this order and since I tried relentlessly to cancel it they should pay to send it back to them.
