Money Order Not Returned, Late Fees Added and Lender Gave False Answers

I received word from Onyx that cap 1 had bought out my loan, in the mix up I grabbed a proof of insurance addi they had given me by mistake. Thing is they never returned the money order. Was my mistake but they are not returning the money order but haven't cashed it either.
So I fall behind a month, I pay 30 days late, five days later they calling me telling me I already owe a late fee and it's only been five days, already adding late fees. And upon the first few times I called they lied and told me there was no way to reach the proof of insurance part of cap one which definitely had the money order it was traced to their office.

I am now once again current but I'm sure gonna protect myself all my future money will be quick collected via W.U. That way they can't hide it like they did with my money order. Which was sent two months ago and still nothing. In my opinion this all they do is scam people, I thought they would be more professional, but they are rude and they lie. Don't trust them. I wish they would sell my contract to some one else as I'm not happy paying these lying idiots.
