Hid sent money order to cause grief and late fees Ripoff

I recieved word from oynx that cap 1 had bought out my loan, in the mix up i grabbed a proof of insurence addi they had given me by mistake. Thing is is they never returned the money order. Was my mistsake but they are not returning the money order but havent cashed it either.
So i fall behind a month, i pay 30 days late, five days later they calling me telling me i already owe a late fee and its only been five days, already adding late fees. And upon the first few times i called they lied and told me there was no way to reach the proof of insurance part of cap one which defintly had the money order it was traced to their office.

I am now once again current but im sure gonna protect myself all my future money will be quick collected via w.U. That way they cant hide it like they did with my money order. Which was sent two months ago and still nothing.in my opinon this is all they do is scam people, i thought thy would be more profseeional, but they are rude and they lie. Dont trust them. I wish they would sell my contract to some one else as im not happy paying these lying idiots.
