On April 15, I made a credit payment to Macey's and I should have paid april 7, so I was charged a late fee of $35.00. I agree to an April late fee because I was late but the fee should have been $25.00 instead of $35.00 because in 2009 the President signed a law andthr Federal Protection Board said latecredit card late fees should be chared $25.00. On May 3, i made my credit card paymentbefore the due date of May 7 and was charged another $35.00 late fee because I still owed the credit card company $22.00 from the fee charged in April. I was not late in in May and feel that I should not have been charged a late fee. Also, the law states late fees are $25.00 and not $35.00 Help
