I ordered from their catalog in October.in November they sent me a letter stating that I needed to send 10% down even though my credit was pre-approved. My order arrived in stages. The entire order was not delivered. They bulk of the order arrived on December 27th and 28th, too late to enjoy on Christmas. Then, my first bill arrived on Jan. 8 with a late fee due. They had sent my first bill even before I received my order. I told them that they should EAT the shipping charge of $35.00 because they had messed up my order. I even wrote to the Chairman of the Board of Swiss Colony. They now say that I owe them $87.00 including interest on the $35.00 shipping charge. I have refused to pay them. If you want to buy something nice for someone you love for ANY HOLIDAY, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!
