Macy's
Customer service is horrendous!

1. I bought two telephones for sale at Macy's (however over $100). Neither telephone retains a cost, and that I am particular they wear them purchase to move the issue onto their clients in the place of deliver faulty products back again to the maker (Southwestern Bell).

2. I get my Macy's bills online. Through some distress, I utilized a statement about the evening it had been due; consequently, my digital transaction was overdue. Macyis quickly added on the late cost along with other costs.

3. I named Macyis to keep these things consider these costs down. I never pay bills overdue, and that I realize that great businesses who worry about customer support allow their great clients slip occasionally. I had been amazed, then, when Macyis stated they'd remove only area of the additional costs.

4. They did not.

5. After I experimented with achieve them AGAIN to remove the cost, it had been HECK receiving to keep in touch with a live person. After I eventually achieved some arrogant man by having an British feature, he INTERROGATED me about why my cost was overdue (it was no further the problem — the problem was that Macy's did not do what it guaranteed — he didn't apologize for OUR trouble). After my interrogation and him accepting to remove the cost, this small XXM&*!!! Believed to me, "I counsel you to become more cautious together with your bill-paying within the future." WHAT?!?!?

6. After I named to record this twirp, in my opinion they offered him the telephone and he pretended to become their own boss. He was really dry and stated (yawwwwn), "I am sorry about this." Stop.

7. After I experimented with record the twirp via online complaint type, Macy's wouldn't take the criticism.

Easy: they do not wish to manage client issues. They do not wish to hear it. They believe they are also effective to make use of "us."

I'm completed with this shop, this charge card, which sorry customer support. There are many of other areas to look. No body wants this.
