I have had a Macy card for a long time and not had an issue till lately when I went digital, from the period I got the declaration online I was obtaining a document declaration saying I owed plus interest costs. Named to pay for and that I was acknowledged the costs but stated it had been a brand new pay time and there might be a $2.00 cost, late charges are included so rapidly there appears to be no method of getting up. I terminated the card in Dec/11 and believed again your final cost was created, 9 nights later another statement with $30.00 in costs. Our 4th phone and again talking with a boss who stated she'd zero out my stability... Requested to get a zero balance statement, let us notice what Jan brings. Would advise to avoid macy's bank cards
