Kingdom arrived to my residence on Sat. Oct. With a few vertical blinds draperies. I picked what I needed and he required dimensions so when I stated I'd need to function throughout the following week he explained he'd consider the ultimate dimensions and that I told him I'd like them mounted the next Saturday.

On Thursday, after I got home in the physician and observed a note on my device they had attempted in the future for that remaining dimensions. I named and told them the first-person that arrived on the scene had obtained the ultimate dimensions and they shades were special-order, that we didn't learn about. On Tuesday, they named again in the future out to consider the ultimate dimensions. I again described what had occurred plus they stated that the very first individual didn't complete that which was must be completed and due to that they can still need to return. I stated that implies that the shades hadn't been requested plus they stated that was appropriate. I told them to stop the purchase and requested concerning the $150.00 deposit I gave them. They stated they'd delivered it towards the correct authorities to deliver me my reimbursement. I doubt I'll actually observe that. I'd utilized Kingdom about 5 years back without any issues but I obtain the sensation that they're developing too big also quickly permanently customer support. Thanks for hearing.
