8 weeks before, I settled my Macy's statement in a nearby shop — I had been sadly ONEDAY DELAYED. Our poor — this month, I obtain the next statement and there's a $25 late-payment charge.

I called the 800- telephone number for Macy's customer support and talked to a realtor in India. I properly explained that I created my cost oneday overdue since I really couldnot reach the shop over time and although it had been my error, like a longtime Macy's card-holder, I'd just like a courtesy waiver to get rid of the late-payment charge.

This "towel mind" subsequently explained sternly, "nicely friend, you need to spend your statement promptly..." I had been surprised; he did provide to get rid of $15 off the the statement because they can't renounce the whole late-payment charge.

I've since reduced my Macy's card — I visited the neighborhood shop EACH DAY EARLY to repay my stability. Then I noticed the store-manager and informed her that I am eliminating my consideration and certainly will never store at Macyis again so long as they've rude Indian customer support brokers!
