I had spent over 3 months on the phone with them attempting to get this issue rectified
the service rep. Even swore at me!
Gave an attitude refused to listen and refused on several occations to allow me to speak to a supervisor
this is all repeditive as it happened on several occations every time they refused to even listen to the issue at hand and told me that I was at fault! WTF!!!
I don't think so why the h. L should I have to babysit a national company???
I so far have refused to pay at the expence of them INTENTIONALY ruining MY CREDIT!!!
Had no isues for the 1st year but since then, I have had nothing but problems with thier DE-DE-DE-DEE attitudes!
