I have been dealing with Text messaging issues for over a month. I have not had the issue resolved. I have made formal FCC complaints. I have gone to web sites like my 3 cents.com to write a review. I have emailed their corporate offices only to receive generic emails apologizing and saying someone will contact me regarding this issue. I need help.
