Canceled before i could get a phone number but they make unauthorized charges to my account nationwide

Why Cricket is bunch crooked people. One, they charge you for a service when you havn't activated the phone. Two, when you "cancel" your service they stop your paper and paperless bill. Another reason is that they ignored your emails and put you on hold for several hours. It all started in Janurary I got a cricket phone. But then I started to have second thought about.

After reading so many complaints I felt maybe their something corrupt about them. So I canceled the serive, Rep. Tells me the packages are already being shipped (two packages because they are not to bright and charged me for two) and also just refuse the package when Fed Ex comes. So I look at my credit card they refund me $788 from the $394 they took from me. I thought that was weird and theyll probally notice that they are missing $394 dollars.

So feburary I get charged $52.00 dollars. I thought this was strange because I figured they take the whole $394 out. Also I NEVER EVER EVER EVER authorized them to do so. That is what you call a unauthorized charge. If i wasn't so naive back then I could of settle this problem myself. I sent numerous emails called so many times. Ignored, ignored, ignored. Im also having alot of trouble because they never sent me a phone number I cant get hold of a Rep. And so on, march through September they charged me $51.25 dollars a month. I added all the fraud charges together to see how much I owe them. So far the tooken out 413.00 out of the $394. I owed them. But thats ok. Their company will never get its feet off the ground.
