Rip off got new phone charged $15.00 for the transfer that I DID

EVeryone knows cricket has the WORST customer service EVER but this one takes the cake I have cricket because of my high minutes used per month and as such I used up my nokia phone so I had to go to the cricket store and pay $150.00 for a new phone and when i called to get it activated they charged me $15.00 what a bunch of B. S and I pity anyone that needs to talk to a real live person on the 800 number it just wont happen if you can afford it or dont need all the minutes go somewhere else for your phone service
