Efund - criket cell phones

On 8/30 i bought a cell phone from cricket online and one hour after i did i had to cancel my order do to anther reason. I called back and was told the phone was already shipped? Mind you this was only one hour! I was told to ship it back and and i would receive my refund within 30 days? I had my bank put a stop payment on my account and the charges reversed the same day. On the following day cricket debited my account AGAIN and took the 72 dollars back out! So i had to file a dispute with my bank to deal with cricket. The bank ended up sending me a letter stating that there was no response from cricket on this matter? On 9/14 i receive a refund in the amount of 37 dollars? HALF OF my money? The insult of this is i never even used the phone or seen the phone? And was charged a full month! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB about this scam if i dont hear back from someone about this. Talk about a rip off. My number is 702 271 2972. And my name is scott levitz.
