Our dealings with Vonage are still ongoing, we first contacted them in the beginning of August to review their terms and inquire of their services.

After being offered a better rate to remain with our current phone services, we called Vonage to advise them of our decision not to use their services. This was around August 3rd. We asked them to simply credit back to our account the $42.00 they previously removed and that will be the end of that.

After realizing Vonage is not going to put the money they took back, we called them again. This time Vonage decided to tell us that they will not put the money back into our account, and that we have gone past the alloted time for us to cancel our services and, that they are going to have to charge us a $95.00 Cancelation fee. Up until the time we pay the $95.00 fee, we will be charged for the use of their survices, during that time only, must be paid before services can be canceled. And so on, if you can read between the lines.

So, as time still goes on, we still have Vonage, according to Vonage. We do how ever intend on doing everything within our power too notify others of this Phonie Phone Service Nightmare.
