Failed to inform me that "NO CARRIER WAS SCHEDULED FOR PICK-UP"

Scheduled pick-up from Nationwide Relocation on July 24th for August 15th -16th. After contacting N.R. On the 15th to check the status of the carrier to see what time it would arrive I was informed that the carrier that was originally scheduled (Allcoast Transporters) was no longer available and that no one else had been scheduled to complete the job.
