Sprint has sent us bills charging us for roaming when our roaming is suppose to be free. We have had nothing but trouble with this company since the beginning of our contract. This morning I tried to call in and pay my bill and again they have changed the process in which to do so. Now they require a password that I knew nothing about. When I talked to a customer care representitive she told me that she could not take a payment from me unless I had a password, and we have never given a password for our account in the past to pay a payment so I didn't know the password even existed. I have always since day one payed our account over the phone and never have I had to have a passcode. So I informed her that the payment just wouldn't be paid.
We have been with Sprint for our cellphone service for almost two years, and I requested a credit reference from them to show that my bills have always been paid on time, which they have and they refused to give me one, they said that they don't give out credit references, but yet they would be quick to report you to the credit bereau if you didn't pay your payments.
