Ripoff Charged us for a router we never had, never sent bill just sent to a collection agency

Three months after we switched to FIOS. We get a bill from a collection company for $110 for a router that we NEVER had. They will not produce any proof that we were issued a router or billed for its rental. Just pay or we will sue youThe woman at the Lanham office will not even return phone calls!
