Defective router never received ripoff

I bought a wireless router for my home and a notebook card for my laptop from belkin thru Circuit City in November. Price was right with instant rebate. Only reason I bought them. The notebook card works fine, but router didn't. Customer Tech Support helped me a got it working the first and second time it broke down in the first month.

But the third time they told me the router was defective and would need to be replaced and gave me a RMA#. The warranty would cover all charges except the return shipping for the defective one. They sent me an email with a printable shipping label but no postage paid. WHICH WAS WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So I was kind of OK with that. Then they told me that they needed my credit card number and I had 20 days to get the defective one back to them or my credit card would be charged the cost of the router (this was 2/11/07) So I got the new router about 8 days later. So I immediately, switched the routers and went to the post office and sent it back on 2/23/07.

Well thats the end of the good part of this story. I got an email from them telling me that my router hadn't been received yet as of 2/26/07 and the 20 days was ending soon. I figured that the package hadn't gotten there over the weekend since they are in CA and I am in NY but would be there soon. Well on March 15 they charged my credit card to my surprise for the amount of the router.

I contacted them today after receiving my statement. 4/10/07. They told me they never received the router and I should have put it with a company that uses tracking number. This is crazy. I am being billed an amount that is 2x what I paid for it the first time. So I have bought this router 3x over. Its just wrong.
