I too have had aweful experiences with the Aaron's in my town. I have been a customer since they opened and now I can not wait to pay off my last purchase. This company sets their due dates for the 1st and the 15th. Unless you are working for the government or receiving assistance, you may get paid on those days. The average person gets paid ever other Friday. For years I have paid on 3 days past the due date, the phone calls drive you crazy, starting at 7:59 A.M. Until late night the phone rings in everyday until your payment is made. When I call to confirm when I will pay, they tell me its an automatic recording.

Recently all new personell took over, two of the males were from local rental places and had reputations for being rude and over-baring. When I realized they were now over this store I had a bad feeling. When I went in to make my payment the new staff looked at me like I was bothering them, I stood there for quite a while before the female finally said "can I help you" in a tone that was rude and hateful. She charged me for a month when I stated that I pay bi-weekly. She called the manager saying "she said this is wrong, she pays every two weeks". I corrected her and said "no, I said I pay bi-weekly". She rolled her eyes and threw my receipt at me.

I immediatly went next door to their tire-center where I had placed an order for tires, and cancelled my order. I explained to the only employee from before how I was treated and that I refuse to do further business. This was after purchasing a Laptop, Plasma Screen, and Big Screen TV, paying off the laptop and 3 payments left on the plasma screen.

Until these rude people are out of that store, I will go elsewhere.
