16.95 & 49.95 has been deducted from my account for monts before i found out what it was I cancelled ripoff

I believe i was ripped off because this co. Was taking 16.99&49.99 from my checking acc. Every month for about 4 or 5 months for nothing and if i didn't use whatever services they were supposed to have provided then they should not have charged me not 1 red cent. Watch for hidden charges and no help no, i don't know what to say i'm just too upset
