Employee Sean Or Shawn Rude, Lacks Customer Service Skills ripoff

I recently visited this store to purchase some books. I was having a hard time finding a particular book so i asked an employee (sean) for some help. He seemed irritated and told me he was already helping someone. I told him I would be more than glad to wait. He stormed away. I waited for ten minutes and found him again. He said he was still busy and if i didnt want to wait anymore I could go somewhere else. I couldnt believe an employee would treat a customer like that.

I went to Barnes and Noble and had a great experience. I will never go back to Bookstar and would never recommend them to anyone.
