IPhone Hotline App Review: Worst Customer Service - Fast Food Mexican

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Two gentlemen, dark hair, shaved heads with diamond stud earrings, later 20's.

Was greeted by, "what's up?" And then after turning away and completely ignoring me came back and asked, "do you know what you want?" In the mean time the 2nd gentlemen began screaming at the employee helping me because he wasn't helping him cut the chicken and slammed knife several times against the board, shouting rude comments over and over again. Finally at the register, my order had been completely skipped, how? You ask? Great question! To top it off the screaming employee handed me the burrito that was made for the customer next in line, causing the next couple behind me o have to wait for another burrito to be made.

Very little eye contact, loud, disrespectful, rude and absolutely outrageous behavior displayed by people working cust service! I will never come back to this pancheros.

This is definitely a staffing issue that needs fixed ASAP!

Meal time: 11/28 @ 1:30-2pm. Both employees were off when I left at 2:15pm.
