My daughter and I visited your store located in Front Royal, VA to purchase some clothing. Usually, my experience with Target is a pleasant one. However, this particular day 1/12 we were faced with an employee who was extremely rude. We had clothing to try on and therefore, went to the dressing room. Janet was there at the dressing room entrance and we told her the number of items. Janet was rude in her response to us and seemed as though we were bothering her with our presence. Her attitude did not change while we went in and out of the dressing room. She was rude to each and every customer I witnessed her with.in addition, Janet was terse with her fellow employee.

I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and therefore, familiar with how one should treat customers. I was an employee who made every attempt to make it an enjoyable experience for each and every customer I came in contact with. I can assure you Janet wanted me to run out of your store despite needing clothes. I pushed threw these thoughts and did find a few items to purchase. When I went to pay for my items I was checked out by a cashier who regained my faith in your store.
