Insulting humiliating ripoff

Don't buy a book from the Bookstar Book Store at 20th Street and Camelback. I was insulted and humiliated by one of the employees today. Another employee heard everything and couldn't believe the way I was treated. The nasty employee refused to apologize and the store manager didn't do anything to resolve the matter. Don't shop at the Bookstar at 20th Street and Camelback in Phoenix, Arizona.
