It is from Republic International Lotto and they are also from Canada.inclosed is a check for 1998.00 which they say is the fees to pay the taxes and service charges. The check is drawn for the Commerce bank in Scarsdale, New York, but the address for the bank doesn't exist. The president of this scam is John Sulllivan. So if you get this letter be careful you feel for this one.
