Was refused a refund or a reshipment

I ordered a hair product from this company and waited about 6 weeks for it to arrive... When it did the top was loose on it and it ruined my mail plus other mail at the post office. Phoned the company and was told to ship it back and they would order a reshipment. The clerk at the post office wrapped it up for me so it would not leak any and shipped it off..

After waiting 21 days I called Rush and was advised that they "never recieved the product"... Therefore no reshipment can occur. Seems pretty darn convienent to just say. Well we never got it. Sorry about your luck. They got their money the post office got paid twice for the shipping. And the consumer gets it in the end... Buyer beware
